We’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate our renovation jobs across Adelaide. If you’re a confident, people-savvy leader who knows how to run multiple sites, manage teams, and step in on the tools when needed, this could be your next big role.

About Us

We specialise in both pre-sale property improvements and full residential renovations for homeowners across Adelaide. From kitchens, bathrooms, and cosmetic upgrades to major structural changes—we deliver start-to-finish renovations using strong internal systems, a dedicated project management team, and all key trades under our roof.

We don’t just subcontract and walk away—we own the delivery and support our site teams every step of the way.

About the Role:

• Full-time, Adelaide-based role, operating from our Richmond office
• Supervise multiple active renovation sites—from pre-sale makeovers to full lifestyle renos
• Lead, support and coordinate internal crew and subcontractors
• Maintain job flow, daily site schedules, safety, and workmanship quality
• Complete jobs on time and on budget, coordinating all trades and managing real-world challenges
• Work closely with our Junior Project Manager, Estimator, and Construction Manager
• Collaborate with our Senior Supervising Builder on structural works and build-critical tasks
• Step in on the tools when needed—this is a practical, hands-on leadership role
• Be a respected site presence for clients, trades, and the wider team

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified tradesperson with extensive site supervision experience, especially in residential renovations
• Confident managing multiple sites with strong scheduling, trade sequencing, and team oversight
• Practical leadership—able to balance the tools with the tablet
• Familiarity with digital tools (we use Jack App for job tracking and handovers)
• A strong communicator who builds trust with clients, trades, and the team
• High standards for safety, quality, presentation—and building a team that reflects those values
