What You’ll Be Doing:
• Fixing, patching, and prepping — from small repairs to finishing touches
• Painting, flushing, silicone, and cabinetry installs (if skilled)

• Leaving sites tidy, safe, and ready for client handover

About the Role
You’ll be part of our on-site renovation crew, helping keep jobs moving and supporting our trades where it counts.
If you’ve worked in construction, maintenance, or as a trade assistant before — even better.
Day to day, you’ll be doing:
• Demo, strip-outs, and site prep
• Assisting carpenters, builders, and other trades
• Unloading and organising materials
• Using tools, cleaning up, and keeping sites safe
• Running small errands or supply runs when needed
• Being the go-to set of hands every site wishes they had
You’ll have access to a company van most days, helping move between sites and suppliers efficiently.

We’re looking for a finisher who cares about the details – the kind of person who doesn’t walk past a rough edge or a missed gap. You’ll handle painting, flushing, silicone and gap-filling – the work that makes a renovation shine.
Here, you’re the only painter on our smaller painting jobs, working side by side with our regular trades crew who are focused on the other parts of the renovation. And if you’ve got handyman skills, even better – it means more variety and more work options for you.

• Delivering clean, high-standard results our clients notice
