• Translating client wants + needs into clear scopes
• Converting quotes into detailed job sheets for our crew
• Balancing speed with accuracy in a fast-paced workflow

• Playing a key role in helping GRTR scale toward multi-million annual turnover

About the Role
We’re not after a passenger. We’re after a hands-on, reliable all-rounder to back up our trades and keep our renovation sites moving.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
• Supporting our Site Supervisor and core crew across Adelaide homes
• Assisting carpenters, builders and other trades (TA role)
• Demolition, strip-outs, site setup and clean-up
• Handling tools, unloading materials, running errands
• Being the “go-to” set of hands every team wishes they had

• Basic hand tools + tool belt (we supply the rest)
• White Card + Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Licence + reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Construction/labouring experience (bonus if you’ve TA’d before)

• Work closely with the rest of the crew and wider team to deliver a great result
• Expect daily, ongoing work—we’re building a regular crew we can count on

About the Role
We’re looking for a finisher who cares about the details – the kind of person who doesn’t walk past a rough edge or a missed gap. You’ll handle painting, flushing, silicone and gap-filling – the work that makes a renovation shine.
Here, you’re the only painter on our smaller painting jobs, working side by side with our regular trades crew who are focused on the other parts of the renovation. And if you’ve got handyman skills, even better – it means more variety and more work options for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Painting, flushing, gapping and silicone finishing
• Delivering clean, high-standard results our clients notice
• Jumping in on other handyman tasks if that’s your thing
• Working closely with our Site Supervisor and friendly core crew
• Leaving sites tidy, safe, and handover-ready Construction Manager

• Solid finishing skills (painting, flushing, gaps, silicone)
