How we project manage

From consultation to completion – your project is professionally managed by our team. Here’s how it works:

Our estimator team will attend your property to review and recommend the right works for you. We present these recommendations with a consult, talking through each step, costs and timelines.

Once approved, our jobs coordinator will confirm your booking with a work order email (and contract where relevant).

We create a fully in-house work plan, including any pre-work and onsite job briefing.

We assign your project an onsite leading hand, crew and full trade requirements.

Your leading hand signs off on all tasks, which is then reviewed by a job operations manager. This ensures quality control through a secondary sign off.

A final level of quality control – your estimator will conduct a walk-through of the property to check all works are complete. This can happen with or without you – it’s totally up to you!

Coordinating the job

Throughout the project, our jobs coordinator will keep you informed, acting as your liaison for any queries. If you’re living in the property while we undergo work, your first point of call is the onsite leading hand.

Working with an agent, stylist or your own designer?
